současný systém výstavby individuálních rodinných domů a vil nás vedl k zamyšlení nad jeho efektivitou a kvalitou. první otázka byla co vede lidi k individuálnímu bydlení, touha po vlastním pozemku, domu, zahradě, prostoru ale i soukromí. Systém typových domků, norem a nařízení vede k realizaci deformovaných archetypů domů s šikmou střechou, co nejvíce tradiční, ale co nejvíce moderní. Výsledkem není ani jedno. Podrobnou analýzou jsme zjistili, že naplnění snu o vlastní zahrádce je rovno 22 %, zbytek ploch pozemku zbývá na odstupové vzdálenosti pro okna sousedů, a předzahrádky pro pohled kolemjdoucích.
Vytvářím prototyp nový, takový který bude efektivně využívat plochu pozemku a nabídne nám kvalitní prostory a hiearchii domu. Obrácením domu dovnitř místo ven vzniká středobod atria, kolem kterého se rozvíjí program domu. Program i uspořádání je volné a proměnlivé. Prototyp se umí stát domem 3+kk až 7+1, záleží na požadavcích a nárocích klientů. Prototyp lze také snadno sdružovat do větších urbanistických celků.
Dům je jednopodlažní, vhodný pro příměstskou a městskou strukturu bydlení.
Silné linie čtverce vymezují exteriér do ulice a sousedství. Jemná a lehká kruhová linka roztáčí atrium. Vstupní prostor tvoří brána do atria ze kterého vstupujeme dovnitř domu. Společenské prostory jsou orientovány do atria a částečně zahrady, ložnice jsou orientovány do soukromého prostoru zahrady.
The current system of construction of individual family houses and villas has led us to reflect on its efficiency and quality. the first question was what leads people to individual living, desire for their own land, house, garden, space but also privacy. The system of type houses, standards and regulations lead to the implementation of deformed archetypes of houses with pitched roofs, as traditional as possible, but as modern as possible. The result is neither. A detailed analysis revealed that the dream of owning a garden is equal to 22%, with the rest of the land remaining at a distance for neighbors’ windows and front gardens for passers-by. We decided to create a new prototype, one that will effectively use the area of the land and offer us high-quality premises and a hierarchy of the house. Turning the house inside instead of out creates the center point of the atrium around which the program of the house develops. The program and layout are free and changeable. The prototype can become a house from 3 + kk to 7 + 1, depending on the requirements and demands of clients. The prototype can also be easily combined into larger urban areas.
The house is single-story, suitable for suburban and urban housing structures.
The house is based on the geometric composition of the quadrature of the circle. With a clear hierarchy of space from the public through the semi-public atrium to the private garden, we make maximum use of the land area while achieving maximum illumination and opening of the house.
Strong square lines define the exterior of the street and neighborhood. The soft and light circular line spins the atrium. The entrance area is a gateway to the atrium from which we enter the house. Common areas are oriented to the atrium and partly to the garden, bedrooms are oriented to the private area of the garden.
